What is the warranty period for Elver electronics?
All Elver products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express 24-hour shipping for selected metropolitan areas on orders placed before 2 PM.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are your products compatible with both iOS and Android?
